These sessions are specifically designed to reflect on your personal story and individual needs. I provide all the equipment needed and the session times can be made to work around your schedule.

Prices: $100 per hour

Birth Preparation Workshop

This workshop is a holistic birth preparation workshop encompassing; conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond. It includes foundational physiological education of the birth process and system navigation as well as tools to navigate your birth process. This workshop is recommended for those currently pregnant or considering having a baby, those supporting birth and those who are birthing other projects into being and long to explore their personal growth through the maternity journey.

COST
- $400 for full workshop - 3 hour sessions x 4 weeks, 1 per week over a month
* This workshop is inclusive of all people from all walks of life. The way in which you conceive, identify and live is invited into the space. Your relationship status, sexual preference and birthing desires are welcome in the space. I heavily encourage those who are less able to access this type of education for whatever reason to get in touch. Particularly those who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, those from a Non English Speaking Background and those who identify as LGBTQI+. This is a space for everyone, our differences are fewer then our similarities.

Birth Healing workshop
This workshop offers an opportunity to open the healing process of your birth story. This may be the birth of you, the birth of a part of yourself, or the birth of your child. This is a facilitated group workshop in which you are invited to get closer to the gift of your birthing journey. Each birth and transformation in life offers an opportunity to bring something unique and purposeful to your life
- Help you to identify personal life events that may have influenced your birthing journey
- Creative opportunities to invite a deeper understanding of yourself
- Full cycle exploration of conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond
This workshop is open to everyone, at all ages and stages of life. However, is aimed at those who have a story about birth they wish to integrate into their lives in a more meaningful way. This may be your own birth into the world, a birth whos' story you carry or the birth you had.

This workshop invites you to take a closer look at your experience, to gain better understanding of it, and to be held with it in a group setting.
